Kickboxing:

Our kickboxing combinations  are designed to teach you the fundamentals of kickboxing while providing a high-intensity workout. You'll go through 12 dynamic rounds that focus on technique, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Whether you're a beginner learning the basics or an advanced athlete / fighter perfecting your skills, our kickboxing classes will challenge and inspire you.

Four Strength & Conditioning Training Zones After kickboxing, you'll rotate through our four specialized training zones to ensure a full-body workout:

​

  • Iron Zone (Resistance Training) Build muscle and increase strength with targeted resistance exercises. Our Iron Zone is equipped with top-of-the-line weights and machines to help you achieve your strength training goals.

​

  • Blitz Zone (HIIT) Experience the power of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in our Blitz Zone. These sessions are designed to maximize calorie burn and boost your cardiovascular health through short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods.

  • Forge Zone (Power Sculpting) Sculpt and tone your body with focused power sculpting exercises. The Forge Zone emphasizes controlled movements and precise techniques to enhance muscle definition and functional strength.

  • Resilience Zone (Endurance Building) Boost your stamina and endurance in our Resilience Zone. These workouts are crafted to improve your cardiovascular fitness and mental resilience, helping you push through physical challenges with greater ease.

Certified Coaching Our coaches are certified professionals with extensive experience in kickboxing and fitness training. They are dedicated to providing you with the guidance and support you need to reach your fitness goals. With personalized attention and expert advice, you'll train like a fighter and achieve your best results.
